I found that using a lily pad charger is a lot better for our cellphones. I’ve had mine for at least 6 years now. Those cords that come with the phone get shorts easily, or get damaged during daily usage. I don’t have to plug in anything to my phone. I simply just sit my phone on the lily pad charger. plastic water bottles are something i only buy at certain circumstances. Like concerts where i cant take water inside the venue and stuff like that, and if i dont get water theres a good chance ill get de hydrated so yeah. I don't have ADHD, but I have benefitted from the combining positive rutine with something that needs to be done, but I don't enjoy. Making tea is my happy morning routine. It is mindfulness thing also. How am I feeling? What tea would be perfect for my mood? While I'm waiting water to be heated (and tea to become ready), I clean-up sone of the kitchen. This also helps with getting some household win under my belt already in the morning, making me feel better about myself.

I bought a SURI after my sonicare stopped working. I will say I’m very impressed with their commitment to sustainability. They encourage less charges so the battery lasts longer. Which is actually why my last toothbrush broke. For whatever reason it stopped working within the first month but they sent me a new body and it’s been great ever since. All their products come in minimal packaging and they ask you mail back at least 3 heads. It’s recommended to change heads every month but I find that I can go for a lot longer. So I haven’t had mail them in yet.

Overtime I have noticed this too , so much waste . Example: people move into a house that was just renovated ; because it was outdated so they could sell it they renovated …. Now they move in , and they want to tear it all down and make it perfect for “them “ but think about all the waste that came from that one house???!!! NOW times that by 1000 (houses a day in one city ) like my mind can’t even fathom
